EYYOH
It's been an extremely long time since I've logged into Blogger and updated this site!
Anyway, I'm back with a quick update on what's happening in my life because SOMEBODY forced me to blog...and I shall not reveal who in case he/she decides to cast an evil spell on me that might change my life foreverrrrrrrrrrrrr /justkidding hehe
So I haven't been updating it in quite a long time due to my preparations for O levels last year.Since my last entry, I've had massive piles of homework from school and tuition classes, extended supplementary lessons in the afternoon after school and extra classes in school during the weekends. I wasn't able to head out on weekends because they were packed with tuition lessons and,well...you get it. As O levels drew nearer, my panic mode started flashing more frequently. I slept at 12 every night (or even 1 sometimes) just to be able to revise a chapter or two for a subject before I slept, but only after completing my homework. On some days, I felt so worn out from school that an hour after having dinner at home, I went straight to sleep, not giving a damn about my unfinished homework or not revising for class test the following day. I didn't have time to bond with my family every week, much less during the holidays! I still remember that my mother was so worried about me that she even became emotional and prayed everyday that my O's would be over soon...I pitied my mother, because my O levels were not only affecting me, but also my mum's emotional state of health...
However, after those rigorous days of O levels, I've finally achieved what I wanted today. My results weren't that spectacular, but they were decent enough for me to enter my dream course in polytechnic :) I am currently waiting for polytechnic to start.. it's so boring to be away on a long break from schooling! I hope that during my orientation next week, I'll be able to make new friends! My only concern is getting my way around the campus though, because honestly...my sense of direction is quite bad haha!
That's all for tonight folks, till next time!

A splash of emotions.
I've never been once disappointed in myself before...up till today.
Experiencing failures at certain things is part and parcel of growing up.
Everyone has gone through that process multiple times.
Well, unless you're a perfectionist which I believe no one is.
All of us have our own flaws.
Including me.
In my case, I am bad at sciences.
Especially Chemistry.
Chemistry is my number one enemy which I can't seem to defeat at all.
No matter how much I study for Chemistry tests, I always fail.
I fail so badly and frequently that my body seems to have become numb to it.
All of the efforts I put in just don't pay off in the end.
So why bother trying to pass when you know your chances of passing are very slim?
Sometimes, I feel like I'm stuck in a thunderstorm.
The tidal waves have just capsized my ship.
Flags ripped apart.
Barrels and boxes tossed into the sea.
And I, desperately trying to hold on to the remains.
As I held on, I began to panic.
Gravity pulls me nearer towards the sea bed.
Many thoughts were running through my head.
Was this the right thing to do?
To succumb to failure and drown in its misery forever?
Would I be able to break free from this grip?
I'm not sure for now.
But I will.

I watched it begin again.
Hey there my blog readers! It's been a few months since I last updated, and I apologise for that. Actually, I don't think anyone reads by blog anymore, given the fact that it has already been dead for quite a while, haha. However, to those who still read this pathetic blog of mine, I really appreciate for taking your time off to constantly check for updates on here. Thank you.
Anyway, school had been really hectic. A week after school reopened, the teachers decided to be merciless. They give us a shitload of homework almost everyday, and even more on Fridays, because, well, obviously they think that we're super free on weekends, which is NOT true at all. Guess what, I have 6 tuition classes from Friday to Monday every week, and they are all 2 hour lessons. Excluding the time taken to do my homework, the only free time I have left is to sleep. Yes, sleep. Now, because topics are getting tougher and I need more time to do homework, I have to adjust to sleeping at at least 12am everyday. Consequences of sleeping late, you ask? Black eye patches, eye bags, body fatigue and having a low level of concentration in class. Imagine the amount of information I have to process everyday with only at least 6 hours or less of sleep.
Apart from homework, there's class tests conducted every week too. I don't know why, but every time I do practice questions in class, I'm okay with it. However, during class tests, I panic, so I end up not completing the entire paper. Probably it's because I have a phobia of taking tests? Haha. Choir has been ending late too, at 6pm plus. This year is the year of SYF, and all secondary school performing arts groups need to prepare for this prestigious event early as it is a biannual competition held to assess the qualities of PAGs of various schools. There's only a month left till the competition starts, and we're almost done with learning the 3 songs we've prepared for the competition. I hope we'll get at least the 2nd highest grade, though our choir size is super small.
Overall, welcome to the life of a struggling Secondary 4 student from Singapore. Below is a quick update on the events which happened in January and February. Enjoy.
~January~
- Back to school; our new form teachers are Mr Thong and Mr Teo.
- Trip to Ngee Ann Poly. Received a free NP t-shirt afer doing the NP cheer shamelessly. Was given a free goodie bag and toured around the campus with Aishah. Played a quick game on real estate stuff with students from other school in the School of Design And Environment and I was the winner. Potential real estate agent here! *winks*
- Release of O Level results. I'm proud to be a BBSSian. Well done batch of 2012!
~February~
- MLA Day 1: Career Day + Dining Etiquette lesson. All of us looked super glamorous in our office style outfits. Dining etiquette practical lesson was held in Breek's Cafe, located at Changi airport. Sean was my date of the day. Took lots of photos and a couple of videos hehehehe.
- MLA Day 2: NE quiz + visit to ArtScience Museum + mural painting. The quiz was fun, and I almost achieved all the badges, damn it! I liked the Lego exhibition at the museum the most, very nostalgic. The other exhibits were not bad either. Grouped up with Jazz, PY, YT & Siti for mural painting. The instructor's name was Mr Bradley and he's a Caucasian ^o^ He's super friendly and nice towards us!
- MLA Day 3: Fencing! Had 3 good battles with Syafiqah. I only won 1/3 battles, sigh. Thinking of taking up a short fencing course after the O's!
- CNY celebrations. This year's was super boring compared to the previous three years. I don't see the need as to having lessons on that day at all. Shouldn't we be embracing the occasion instead of studying, even if it's just for a day?
- Valentine's Day. Nothing to say, except that I was showered with gifts and cards from my girlfriends. Had Chemistry O Level SPA on the same day itself. Everything was cool.
- CT1. Flunked my Physics and Chemistry papers, ugh. I only love my English and History marks. Oh well, guess it's time to pull up my socks and learn from my mistakes!
This week was horrible. We received back our test papers, teachers got really mad at us, and a BBSSian passed away after having a long battle with cancer. During morning assembly today, we observed a minute of silence for Farah, the BBSSian who passed away. A classmate of her's cried. To be honest, my heart broke a little too. I could feel my tears were on the verge of falling. I didn't know her at all, but I have to say, she has a strong heart. Despite having cancer, she comes to school everyday. I'd see her sitting on the steps next to the ISH every morning after the end of morning assembly, chatting with a few of her close friends. She'd wear a purple scarf around her bald head, and sometimes sit in a wheelchair. She looked very fragile, like a piece of porcelain vase, but I'd see her smiling everyday. Like nothing could pull her down, you know? Looking at her makes me realize that we should treasure whatever we have now, because chances are, we'll die someday, but we just don't know when.

Okay, chill guys, chiiiillll.

Alright you have the permission to punch me in the face now.
That hurts! ;O
Lame bleh.
Anyway, I know you guys are looking forward to my post about my vacation in Burma, but you'll still have to wait for that because I have alot to talk about.

Spread your wings, my little butterfly
Hey guys! So here's a quick post on what I'll be talking about in my next post :)
-Events which happened this term
-Music
-Preparation process for my trip back to Burma
And yes, about the last point there, I am heading back to Burma. It will last for 2 weeks, from 3rd November 2012 till 17 November 2012. More details about my trip coming up soon later!
By the way, I'm addicted to Little Mix's song, Wings, hence the reason for the cheesy title above :P Here's a little dose of reality:
Hope this enlightened your mood! See you in my next post! :D

Oppa Gangnam Style!
Alright, so I haven't touched this dusty blog for a long time now, because I was too damn
busy with my life till today. And yes, I'm not sorry for not updating this blog, because I'm just so arrogant like that, haha. Plus, you can't expect a Singaporean student like me to be constantly updating this blog because it's just so hard to find time in between weekends to use the computer, or even taking a quick nap in the afternoon. Yes, that's how hard my life is now.
Since I'm on the topic of my strenuous life, here's a quick fact: The O' Level Chemistry SPA test is on the SAME DAY AS MY BIRTHDAY ITSELF, 3RD OCTOBER. ARARARARARA, WHY OH WHYYYYYYYY. My birthday is forever cursed in secondary school, I tell you. One of the main reasons why I'm currently hating my birthday for these 4 years. Hopefully there won't be any such unlucky events happening on the same day as my birthday in that year itself, or else I'll have to......I don't know, but blame the society for letting me enter the world so early, hahahahaha. Seriously, once my O's are over, I need to go on a decent vacation, or if not, have at least a good birthday party with my bffls.
Oh yes, and surprisingly, I'm addicted to Gangnam Style. Being a not-so-enthusiastic-but-still-enjoys-some-of-kpop kpop fan, I actually like the song. As in, yes, literally LIKE it. Here are 3 reasons why I like it:
- Wacky yet funny. The song seemed to look like an intended parody of Party Rock Anthem, but in Korean. The singer, the props, the backup dancers...they all accumulate up to the wackiness and humor of the song.
- Catchy. The introduction music is not that obvious, but when the singer calls out 'Oppa Gangnam Style', it attracts your attention immediately. In addition, the phrase is very easy to remember and pronounce, hence the reason being it catchy.
- The easy dance moves. The dance move is really easy, it's just a standing up position of crossing your wrists while pulling the reins of a horse. In the easier term, it's as easy as being a cowboy.
3 reasons why I dislike it:
- Hyuna. I'm not hating on her, but I have to admit, her makeup in that video was atrocious. Her eyebrows are too overdone that you can barely even notice them! I wonder if her makeup artist for the video is even a certified one. Her outfits are cute though.
- The bus scene where the aunties seemed to be enjoying the music. I don't think they even enjoy the music, or like it. I mean, come on, look at their faces! They're faking it because they are forced to, it's just that the director doesn't want to get sued, that's all.
- The scenes where the singer has to go below a person's body. Imagine yourself being him. It's just so gross, eww.
To sum it up, Gangnam Style is not bad if you skip those weird/gross/fake parts in the video. Overall, I'd give it a 7/10.
That's all for tonight my amigos. Here's my love sending goodnight kisses to you all, awww <3

Cheesiness syndrome!
I've been MIA for quite a while now, and I'm desperately trying to rush finish my whole stack of ISPL homework, so do forgive me if you've been complaining about how much you miss my awesome posts while I was away ;)
My life this past week:
My life this past week:
- Study session with my dearest Vonny! ♥ Studied matrices in the morning at JE library, followed by some slacking time at JP in the afternoon. Don't tell a single soul about this, shhh!
- Tuition, tuition, tuition. Gah, how Asian I am.
- Thai Express dinner at JP with my family. Tried their new dish, and let me tell you, it's seriously spicy. Even my dad had to dash towards the washroom right after finishing his plate. All of us literally cried.
- Stayed at home for the next few days, did ISPL, slacked and rummaged for food the whole time.
- Went to Orchard for some window-shopping with my mom. Ended up buying huge bags of grocery at Peninsula Plaza instead.
- Went for Chinese project group work today! The guys, as usual, slacked. Finished 70% of stuff in 3 hours time, how fast is that?
- Went to Westmall's Pastamania to have lunch with Jazz and PY. Went to have fun collecting toy capsules, in the children's section of the library chatting, buying stuff at Shop N Save and going crazy over anime stuff in Comics Connection. Borrowed 2 books from the library today: The Fallen 1 and The Fallen 2! Hurrah! (I'm still left with Gossip Girl's Psycho Killer too, hehe)
I'm too fickle-minded when it comes to the affairs of the heart, so I'll just skip Day 4 and Day 5.
Day 6: 10 things you do when you're bored
- Comb my hair
- Play games on my phone
- Listen to music
- Read some books
- Fiddle with my fingernails
- Sing
- Rummage the kitchen cabinets for food
- Look out of the window or door
- Jump around
- Use the computer
P/S: Don't be too worried when you see my post title. It was just something to describe how I felt when there was so much cheese in my pasta, that's all :)
Oh and before I end this post, here's a quote:
“Just be yourself, there is no one better.”

Girl on fire.
Apparently, yes, I'm referring to Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games when I mentioned "Girl on fire" in my blog post title.
Oh yeah, have you heard Girl On Fire by Arshad on Youtube yet? It is an original song made solely for THG by a fellow Youtuber. Well, this is not the official soundtrack for Catching Fire, but he has created petitions to allow his song to be the official soundtrack for the movie. I don't really know how to explain this whole stuff to you, so maybe you should just click on the video below and read the description and comments below it. Let us now appreciate the effort put in by him. Sit down, lay back, relax and enjoy the music!
Nice song, isn't it? Although I haven't read Catching Fire yet, I could feel the aggression of Katniss flowing through her. Her strong personality is boldly reflected through this song, and I applause Arshad for being able to translate Katniss' personality into this amazing song. Well done dude!
Ahem, so moving on to my challenge of the day...

KPOP REVIEW: Hello Venus
Read my title above and you'll know what I'm going to discuss about today. Yup, it's about this hot new KPOP sensation girl group, Hello Venus.
According to Wikipedia, the group was formed by Pledis Entertainment and Fantiago. They are the second girl group to debut under Pledis Entertainment (the other being After School). The group consists of Yoo Ara, Nara, Alice, Lime, Yoonjo, and Yooyoung. They are After School and NU'EST's sister group, and debuted on May 9, 2012.
I didn't know about their debut at first until every KPOP member on Tumblr went on a crazy reblogging rage, all about Hello Venus. At first, I thought that these girls are SNSD members who did a total makeover to change their image in the music industry. All of their Korean faces look so alike that I couldn't recognize who is who! Until now, I'm still having difficulties differentiating girl group members. Boy group members are so much easier to recognize due to their striking facial features, trust me.
So, as time passed by, I finally realized that this is not SNSD, but rather, a revamped version of them. Unlike SNSD, Hello Venus has lesser members and a female rapper. I'm not sure who the female rapper is, but she's rather good at it. She's not like the SNSD members who went rapping in THE BOYS, going all girly and high-pitched in the verses. She has a more mature voice and stronger vocals, which I think add up to the good points about the group.
Despite their good points, I'm actually annoyed and disappointed in KPOP girl groups. Sure, sing anything you want, but can you all please stop being so ulzzang-ish? Acting cute and making girly actions make you look more like a SNSD wannabe, and not an original girl group such as 2NE1. Look at 2NE1, they are much more mature and have more originality. Feminine wear is acceptable, but not super short skirts which are bound to expose your asses! Hello girls, are you trying to sell your virginity or music? Please at least wear short pants if you want to wear something which covers your asses perfectly.
Lastly, I don't get the hype that is going around about Hello Venus. Hello Venus is indeed one of those rising girl groups in the KPOP industry, but...aren't KPOP girl groups all made up of the same type of people? Korean girls who dye their hair in exclusive colours, wear short skirts and pants, high heels and adorn lots of accessories. In addition, some HV fans said that the girl with the green hair (I think she's Lime) has that natural turquoise-greenish hair colour. I was totally blown away by that. Her hair is naturally in that colour? It can't be. Even I can go to the hairdresser's now and request for my hair to be dyed in the exact same colour. If it was natural, all the other colours would've been "natural" too. Who are you trying to trick HV fans? Harharhar.
In conclusion, Hello Venus should have at least some originality, and not another cliche girl group. The end.
*HV fans, please do not feel insulted. This is just my opinion, so if you do feel insulted, then I'm truly sorry.
DISCLAIMER: I do not own the photo.

Quick update!
Hello! A quick update about my life here!
- SA1 results were shitty as hell. Felt like drowning myself in sorrow.
- I have come to a realization that if my blog url was one-direction.blogspot.com, I can claim my rights and sue One Direction for copying my originality. Hehe.
- Bought The Hunger Games trilogy and restocked my wardrobe with new clothes!
- Followed my mum to an all-adults dinner gathering on Friday night. It sucks, believe me. I was the only teenager there and all I can talk to were the cats. Meow.
- Listened to good old rock music by Bon Jovi. His songs are just amazing.
- Mark Foster and Taylor Swift...are they just normal friends or dating? If they are dating, well then, let the TSwift & FTP fandoms unite!
- Watched the last episode of Yumeiro Patissiere Professional. Ichigo and Kashino, naww ♥ But why must it only have 13 episodes?! I hate you Natsumi Matsumoto. I want season 3 for the anime version of it now!
- My Korean drama is coming to an end soon. Next up, Jumong! I'm looking forward to it, really.

And after more than a month of hibernation, I'm back.
Hey there my lovely readers! How have you all been? I bet most of you must be raging at me for not updating my blog nowadays. Haha, just joking, no one reads my boring blog anyway.
Jokes aside, the much dreaded SA1 is finally over! Wazahoooo! After more than 2 weeks of intensive revision and self-motivation (which didn't really work on me), all my hard work has finally been paid off. I admit that I have been too careless during the examinations, and that I should've managed my time better. As the clock ticked on, I started to perspire profusely, my stress level started to increase and all of a sudden, my mind went blank at the most crucial questions. I have even forgotten to read the instructions on the question booklet carefully. Oops. Carelessness has been my long-term nemesis in tests and examinations, and I hate that. Now, this nemesis of mine is going to deter me from getting good grades and meeting the expectations of my peers. Why can't I defeat this monster up till now? It has been overpowering me like since forever, ever since when I was born. How I wish I have a supernatural power to overcome this disability easily. Sigh.
Okay, so maybe I was being too serious and fed up with myself just now. I shall enjoy myself now before the results come crashing down on us. Nothing I do now will change the past anyway. (: Currently I'm obsessed with reblogging stuff on Tumblr; they're so funny yet true at the same time! Not much followers at the moment, but it's still okay! Don't wanna expose myself to the virtual world too much and have thousands of online paparazzi hogging around me, lolololol! ;)
This is my list of movies that I'm looking forward to. Their trailers are really great! Should I do trailer reviews? Haha omg I'm so bored until I have to resort to doing movie trailer reviews :P But I have to admit, it's fun! Okay, without further ado, let me unveil to you my list of dream movies!
*drum rolls*
SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN
DARK SHADOWS
ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER
ICE AGE 4: CONTINENTAL DRIFT
THE AVENGERS
Not a long list, but heck, I need to spend a total of $40 just to catch these! Sigh, guess I have to choose 1 out of the 5 again, which I really, really, ABSOLUTELY hate, because...they're all just too good! It's just like having to choose your favourite fast food restaurant.
Talk about food, I need to get up and eat my dinner now. Adios amigos!
xx

You're my kryptonite
One Direction has captured my soul unknowingly.
Their songs are so catchy that at the first moment, you'll feel like clapping and dancing to the beat of their tune. "What Makes You Beautiful" and "One Thing" have been replaying in my mind for a million times already. And yes, the replay button on Youtube has been constantly raped by my mouse ever since. How addictive is that?
LOUIS TOMLINSON :DDDDD *melts*
Don't worry, Foster The People & The Wanted are still the number one bands in my heart. (:
Oh and David Guetta is the best DJ alive in this world. Love his new songs "Titanium" and "Turn Me On" so much :D REPLAYYYYY!
BA BA BA, BA BA NA NA :D
Had choir today, and guess what we sang? A WHOLE NEW WORLD. Reminds me of Aladdin's abs and hotness ;) Ms Yee kept reminding the guys how their volume seemed like skinny Aladdins/genies flushed in toilet bowl/genies stuck in the lamp singing compared to the fat Jasmines. Haha!
After choir, PY & I rushed to West Mall to grab a bite. We went in to MOS Burgers, and I headed to the toilet to change my shorts into jeans while waiting for my order to arrive. Food finally arrived, and we wolfed down our lunch. Next, we traveled to JE library to meet up for our SS project with Kaiwen & Chuan Yong. Goddamn, there were lots of people inside the library despite being a weekday. We found them seated in a corner, sat down and got started on business. Prepared the presentation slides on Kaiwen's laptop while trying to apply Mrs Toh's summary skills. Yes Mrs Toh, I haven't forgotten you yet :P
After 2 hours, we were almost done summarizing all the pointers given in the worksheet. YAY! But still, there were still a few pointers left unanswered. Knowing how awkward staying on in the libary with the low battery laptop would feel like, we decided to meet up on another day as a whole group.
Adios amigos xx
Their songs are so catchy that at the first moment, you'll feel like clapping and dancing to the beat of their tune. "What Makes You Beautiful" and "One Thing" have been replaying in my mind for a million times already. And yes, the replay button on Youtube has been constantly raped by my mouse ever since. How addictive is that?
LOUIS TOMLINSON :DDDDD *melts*
Don't worry, Foster The People & The Wanted are still the number one bands in my heart. (:

The February Update, yay!
Hello, it's been a month since I've last posted. WHATTHEHOOT.
Anyway, there were alot of happenings this month. I'm going to list them down in bullet points, since I'm too lazy to blog now, especially after the end of common tests.

- MLA SEC 3 CAMP @ TANJUNG PIAI 2012 ♥ I swear to the holy heavens that this camp has been the best one so far! NOTHING CAN BEAT THIS....unless you can manage to find one and convince me with it (which I'm pretty sure it's a Mission Impossible for you). 3S2 KICKASS FOREVER!!! *shall continue on this some other day*
- Normal school time after camp. Everyone was tired and having the hangover look, including yours truly. WHY OH WHY YOU FREAKING SCHOOL DIDN'T PLAN THE CAMP FROM WEDNESDAY TO FRIDAY INSTEAD OF MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY?! Le sigh.
- CIP @ MEILING SAC CENTRE/LION BEFRIENDERS The activities we had to carry out weren't that bad...well, except for our last minute preparations on the bus and our bad moves at doing the chacha. *shall continue on this some other day*
- COMMON TEST WEEK English and Physics weren't that bad. I'm really worried for the other subjects now, especially Chinese. I don't wanna drop to CLB. Good news is that I've improved in Physics CT1 this year compared to last year! WOOHOO!!! :D
- CLASS PHOTO-TAKING DAY I had to sit in the first row, oh damn. It is evident that I'm short, waahhh ): We brought our class tee and wore it over our uniform during the fun shot. Our ties were over the tee. IVY LEAGUE STUDENTS FTW ;) I bet that I'll look super unglam in the photos, trust me.

Tick tock tick tock.
Sup lovelies!
Currently listening to KPOP while typing this and chatting with Vonny. I'm actually forced by her to do a mini update, so...yep!
School has been pretty good, and I'm definitely not used to the double recess times yet. Almost 3 weeks have passed by, and I've made new friends and got to know new teachers. CCA has been ending late recently, and stupid buses won't come when I needed them to. WHAT A HOE.
Good news? I beat momoren in a Chemistry test :D WHEEEE!
Ok, there you go, my short update.

Hiatus season mode: ON
Sup people!
The clock finally struck midnight yesterday, and guess what, it was the start of 2012! New day, new year, new beginnings. I had actually intended to stay up till midnight to do the countdown, but since I have tuition early in the morning the next day, I decided to sleep in at my usual time.
And talk about new beginnings, I'm actually nervous yet excited for school tomorrow. I'm going to face new people, new teachers, and a new timetable. Oh yeah, did I mention that our timetable has changed from 1 hour to 45 minutes for each lesson? Some said that the school changed it according to the timings of American high schools, and frankly speaking, I think its just...weird. Why do the lower sec students get to be released at 1.15pm, but the upper sec students at 2.30pm? There's like a big 75 minutes gap in between! I understand that there is a difference of the number of subjects and the level of difficulty, but seriously...?
Ok, enough said. Here's my list of my new year resolutions:

- Attain good results
- Learn to be patient and outspoken
- Stop giving trouble to my parents
- Use the computer only when necessary
- Start acting more mature (this is hard)
- Never lose hope
- Keep distractions away from me while I'm studying
- Read more books
- Take every chance I get, regret nothing
- Learn to tolerate people
I'LL MISS YOU ALLLL

Merry Xmas!
Sup people (:
I had a studying session with my dearest Quinn on Saturday at West Mall's library. Initially, we met up at Jurong East Library to study, but after a while, we got hungry, so we decided to head somewhere for lunch. Both of us couldn't decide on what and where to eat, and when we've finally reached an answer, it was pouring heavily outside.
Oh crap.
So we both fished out our umbrellas and crossed the road. Took the MRT to West Mall and went up to Kou Fu for lunch. It was lunch time, and there were alot of people seated on chairs and buying lunch. All of the seats were occupied, but some were only being occupied by only a person or two. We reserved our seats next to a lady, took out our valuables and went to buy our lunch. I bought my all-time favourite, Korean BBQ Chicken with rice :3 Quinn bought some Japanese noodles, and we started gobbling down our food while chatting.
After that, we headed for the library. We sat down on the floor near a bench which was actually intended to be used as a table, took out our homework and started doing it. Finished it in 3 hours, phew! Had a really, REALLY hard time trying to figure out the jargon of Chinese, and although we wrote nonsense for that tough part, we really tried our best to at least complete it (:
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! ;D
So, it's Christmas today huh? Well, I spent the whole day shopping, actually, grocery shopping with my parents. We went to IMM and bought a huge pile of grocery until my dad and I had to carry the basket together while he carried the rice sack on the other side and my mom carrying the oil carton at the back.
Went back to the car to place them, and headed back down. We entered Daiso, and guess what, I bought 2 packets of the irresistibly delicious Caramel Corn! :D YAYY! My, hmm....best Xmas gift so far :P (I know, I'm such a pathetic loser, so no more judgements please)
