August!
Wow, it's the 8th of August already.
Speaking of August, it's also the Hungry Ghost Festival and Ramadan month, not forgetting Singapore's 46th Birthday! :D Which means....my mom is turning 47 years old soon o_o dayumm.
NDP Celebration @ school
Although today should actually be considered our day to "rest", we had a short NDP celebration at school instead. Most of us wore PE shirt and shorts to school, while a bunch of us wore school uniform, red jerseys and red t-shirts paired with either PE pants or white shorts. Some people from NYP also came to have some career exhibition and talk for the Sec 4s in the dance studio. Lucky them, at least they get to enjoy the free aircon while the rest of the levels perspire profusely under the fans.
The celebration started off with the UG people marching in, followed by the singing of the national anthem and reciting of the pledge. Then, a few of the drama club members came out to act while two speakers stood at the side of the stage reading out the NE messages. The principal came onstage to read out the National Day message by a minister, which took about 4 minutes long.
At 8.30am, the fun and games began. It was the semifinals of the inter-class games, and thank god our class is in the semifinals! :D Each level play different type of games, and for the Sec 2s, we played Captains' Ball. Lmao, Ms Yap gave our class crackers in case we go hungry :P
The game started off with E1 vs E5. It was really exciting to watch, as both parties were running back and forth, trying to block the ball and catching it. It lasted for about 45 mins, and E1 won ): Next, it was N1 vs N2. The N2 people were really good, and they scored 6 goals within 30 mins!
o_o pros.
School was half-day, so we ended at 10am. The results? E5 was last ): Yeah, sad isn't it?
Last but no least...

July! (part 2) = UPDATES
Hi there folks, it's been ages since I've last blogged.
I'm too lazy to blog nowadays, so don't mind me if I didn't update my blog for very long. Not gonna blog about choir camp + Australian Exchange + SIN-HK Exchange yet, takes up alot of time.
FACEBOOK WAR! RAHHH
Wait, hold on, before you start assuming anything, let me tell you how this dispute happened first.
I was on Facebook last night, when Pingxuan tagged me on her status that she was nervous for Metamorphosis, and afraid that she's screw it up. Nadiah, her classmate, told her that she'd be fine, but Hairul (also from E4) told her that she'd screw it up. Of course, I told her that she'd be fine, & that I was afraid I'd screw it up too.
I don't know why, but Hairul had to add violence to the peaceful conversation -____- Here are the screen shots:

See that? It's not I who started it, it's Hairul! ><

Camp? Sure.
Herroww :D
You know what? I can't wait for Choir camp. Finally, a place where I can get away from those usual naggings, annoying gay bros teasing me all the time, and the loud chatters of my aunt, mum & grandma. I'm not going to miss them, but they're going to miss me :P Ah, but the big problem is......
WHAT ABOUT DURING SHOWER TIME?!
That is the biggest problem we all would have ever faced during camps. Everyone would grab their clothes, towels and toiletries, and dash to the shower as quickly as they can, just like an olympic race. Yours truly is not excluded from this either. Luckily, the camp is held in school, not anywhere else, so it's a big relief (: Except that I don't like the dark and don't wish to bump into some monsters or ghosts or creepy creatures dwelling in there.....>.< Then, it would be a total nightmare that's ever happened to me. So, I'm gonna bring a torchlight there!
Well, that's what we always bring to camp, isn't it?
At least, what I know is that we're going to have practices and lots of fun, and bond together as one choir in unity.
& I promise there's gonna be one last post before I vamoose for camp (:
P/S: I can't decide between who's better... Romeo or Tybalt?

Anime! & other stuff.
Anime addiction ♥
So, I'm currently addicted to Japanese anime. Hold on, not that I dislike Disney cartoons anymore or whatsoever, it's just that Jap anime are more dramatic than other cartoons. But still, I love any cartoons that I come across (:
The anime I'm currently watching is Romeo X Juliet, and the characters are so pretty/handsome, especially Romeo!! >.< I am going to die of cuteness overload already, lmao XD But I've just finished until episode 2, so yeah, still have a long way to go~

They look especially perfect together! ♥
Btw, I'm rewatching Kaichou-wa Maid-sama too ^__^
Eye checkup @ SNEC
Actually, it's kinda a research organised by SGH. They had this advertisement in the MInd Your Body section of the Straits Times about 3 years ago to research about myopia, and since my parents were "sooo enthusiastic" about having my eyes checked up for free, they signed me up for it -___-ll. In the end, I have to wear Transitions lens until the end of the research process.
So, I went for the checkup today with my mom, Shirley, and her mom, at SNEC (Singapore National Eye Centre). The morning train was fully packed with office workers, so we had to wait for a few more trains before we'd finally reached there.
At first, when I saw Shirley, it felt really awkward. We haven't talked to each other since the last time we went for the checkup together, and she grew wayy taller than me o_o. We didn't talk to each other until we reached there, so yeah, kinda stuck on which topic to talk about first. The adults were as usual, chit-chatting all the way.
After the checkup, we went to JP to eat our lunch, and did abit of shopping there too. Mmm, Pepper Lunch ftw :3 Shirley & I went to Popular first, while the adults did grocery shopping in FairPrice, then following us to Popular. Saw alot of literary books like Julius Caesar, Macbeth blahblahblah. Almost full of William Shakespeare's literary books .__.
I also bought Avatar, just for the sake of the upcoming Literature lessons next semester. Guess what? We're doing movie analysis on Avatar. So yeah, that's all eh.
Adios amigos~ :D
